ORDERING INFORMATION AND POLICIES

GENERAL INFORMATION:

We ship to the United States only. No foreign orders accepted.
The website shopping cart takes PayPal only for payment. You may also mail your order to us with a check (US only) or call us with a credit card number (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.)
Please have the item # of wares you are ordering when you call.
Packing/shipping charge is 20% of your order total, with an $8 minimum shipping charge.
Mainland US orders are sent by UPS. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent US Postal Service. All are fully insured, and orders are generally shipped out within 2 days of receipt of order.
We do not take back orders. I update the website regularly so that only items that are currently in stock are shown.
If you have questions that are not answered on the website, feel free to email us or call. (Our store hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time.)

Our email list is used to inform customers of news and upcoming events, and to notify them when we have added new items to our website.
If you would like to be added to our email list, please let us know. (We do not sell or rent our email list to anyone.)

WHOLESALE POLICY:

Wholesale discount is only given on items being purchased for resale.

10 % discount on purchase of $1000 or more
20 % discount on purchase of $2000 or more

Museum or historic site gift shops receive the 20% discount on purchases for resale of any amount.
(Discount only applies to purchases for resale, not to purchases for exhibition or use in programs.)
